💼 SEN Teaching Assistant - Birmingham 💼About the Role:
I am seeking to bring onboard dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) for day-to-day supply roles across various primary schools in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with professional or personal SEN experience who are looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Support students with SEN in their learning and development.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
🔹 Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN, either professionally or personally.
Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week across different schools.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Safeguarding training completed within the last year or willingness to complete it.
