Job description
Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have hands-on experience in SEN support, residential care, or as a SEN Teaching Assistant? If so, we want to hear from you!Aspire are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team Monday - Friday's in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children with diverse learning needs and ensuring they reach their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience working with children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, Anixety, Trauma etc.)
* A background in SEN Teaching Assistance, Residential Care, Support work or Special Educational Needs Support
* The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* A driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
