Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with high special educational needs? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a well-respected specialist school in Kidderminster, providing exceptional education and support for students with complex learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
* Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
* Monitor progress, assess learning outcomes, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Manage challenging behaviour effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with students with high SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching methods.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
