Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with primary-aged students in a specialist SEN setting. You will support children with a range of needs, including:
✅ Autism (ASD)
✅ Nonverbal communication challenges
✅ ADHD
✅ Challenging behaviour
You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support, helping students to engage in learning and develop essential life skills.
Requirements
✔ Relevant SEN qualification
✔ Previous experience working in a UK-based SEN setting
✔ Full-time availability
✔ Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential for travel to school)
✔ Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, compassionate approach
