Do you have experience as a Teaching Assistant or a strong desire to work in an educational setting? Aspire People is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants for schools in the Coventry area.
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry Area
Type: Daily Supply or Ongoing Role
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons.
Assist students with their individual learning needs.
Help create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Work with small groups or one-to-one with students to support their academic development.
Monitor and record student progress.
Ensure student safety and well-being.
Requirements:
Experience working with children, ideally within a school setting (but not essential).
A proactive, friendly, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A DBS check (or be willing to undergo one).
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
