Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutor - Join Our Team!Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to work with children who require tailored support. Whether in children's homes or online, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for children with SEN
Develop personalized lesson plans to suit individual needs
Support children in building confidence and academic skills
Engage children through creative, adaptive teaching methods
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to families and professionals
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN (preferred)
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work in children's homes or online
Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or similar fields (preferred)
