Aspire People are recruiting an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join a dynamic school in Malvern. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an inclusive learning environment where every child's needs are met.

The Role
As SENCO, you will:
* Oversee and manage the SEND provision within the school.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure tailored support for SEND pupils.
* Implement and monitor the school's SEND strategy, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
* Provide guidance and training to teaching staff on differentiation and inclusive practices.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* MUST Holds QTS and ideally the National Award for SEN Coordination.
* Has experience working with SEND pupils in educational settings.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Is committed to promoting an inclusive ethos in the school.
