I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Secondary school in Redditch to work 1:1 with students with SEND needs.
The school are looking for a teaching assistant who can form positive relationships with both pupils and staff. You will need to be patient, resilient and engaging.
The school are looking for strong teaching assistants to join their team as they are currently on a two year plan to be rated 'Good' by OFSTED. The successful teaching assistant will be an asset to the school and will be a vital part in this.
I am looking for a teaching assistant who can bring energy and passion to this role. An experienced teaching assistant who has worked in challenging environments is essential. This is a challenging but exciting role.
