Job description
Are you a passionate and qualified Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator that is looking for work in Swadlincote?The position we are currently recruiting for is full time, it will start at Easter until July. Within this position you will work closely with the Executive Principal, Headteacher, SEND Governor, senior management team and colleagues in the strategic development of the school's Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) policy and oversee the day-to-day operation of that policy with the aim of raising SEND pupil achievement.
You will support the identification of and disseminate the most effective teaching approaches for pupils with SEND and work with the Headteacher and staff to develop effective ways of bridging barriers to learning through. Along with providing professional guidance to staff to secure good teaching for SEND pupils, through both written guidance and meetings

* Relevant experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is beneficial)
