As a Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality sports sessions and promoting physical activity across the school. You will help develop students' skills, foster teamwork, and encourage a lifelong love of sports.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive sports lessons for students.
Work with individuals and groups to develop their physical skills.
Support the wider school's extracurricular sports programmes and after-school clubs.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
Encourage students to participate in a range of sports and physical activities.
Support the school's overall wellbeing and fitness initiatives.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Qualifications & Skills:
A genuine passion for sports and working with young people.
Experience in coaching or teaching physical education.
Strong knowledge of a range of sports and physical activities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
