About the Role
Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated STEM Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools around Manchester. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics subjects.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing classroom support to teachers, helping deliver engaging lessons.
* Offering one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help with their studies.
* Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and administrative tasks.
* Helping manage classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional support.

Requirements:

* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
* Ability to provide professional references covering the last two years.
