Science Supply Teacher (QTS) - Various Provisions Across ManchesterLocation: Multiple Schools across Manchester
Contract Type: Supply, Flexible Hours - to suit your schedule.

Are you a passionate and qualified Science teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities across Manchester? We are currently seeking Science Supply Teachers with QTS to work in a variety of schools and provisions across the region. As a reputable education specialist agency, we specialise in connecting talented educators with schools in need of short-term or long-term cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5, depending on the school)
- Adapt lesson plans as needed to meet the requirements of different year groups and curriculum standards
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment
- Support students' academic development and offer assistance with learning challenges
- Maintain professional relationships with school staff and students
- Provide feedback to the school on student progress
Key Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Ability to deliver lessons in a variety of settings, including mainstream and alternative provisions
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to undergo a new check)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
