Supply Teaching - CoventryAre you a teacher, instructor or cover supervisor looking for supply work from September? I am currently recruiting for these roles in order to continue supporting my schools based in and around the Coventry area. I have been working with the majority of my schools for nearly nine years and during this time I have worked with Heads, Deputy Heads, Business Managers and HR departments to help with their needs for day to day cover, short and long term assignments, maternity leave covers and temporary contracts.
As a successful teaching agency Aspire are working with several academy trusts which include schools in Coventry and the surrounding areas and these schools are asking us for our help with finding fully qualified teachers, instructors and cover supervisors for their supply requirements.
There is a mixture of different work available so if you are going to be looking for supply work I can offer you:
* Day to day work which involves going to the school for the day and covering various lessons where needed.
* Short term cover which can be for a week or two.
* Part time and full time work depending on what you are looking for.
* Long term work where you can be placed at a school for 6 weeks or more.
* Permanent work. Some schools will come to us for their permanent recruitment as well.
It would help to be able to build supply bubbles for my schools as it would benefit both the school and teaching staff to be working in the same schools on a regular basis rather than going from school to school, not getting to know the pupils and being able to build relationships. If you are wanting to do supply but on a more long term basis this would allow you to get more involved in the day to day running of the school. Longer term work could include planning and marking in your specialist subject but again if you are just wanting day to day supply the choice is yours!
The new academic year 2024-2025 is just around the corner so over these next few weeks is a good time to register with us and get everything in place ready for September.
