Job description

Are you adaptable and approachable? if so, we have the role for you!Aspire is looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to join a independent provision in Stoke. This unique school caters to children aged 4 to 11 years with a range of communication and/or learning difficulties, along with related anxieties and behaviours.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children in their learning and personal development.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage their confidence and independence.
- Help manage behaviour positively and effectively.

- No formal qualifications are required - just the right attitude and a genuine desire to work with children with special needs.
- A warm, patient, and understanding approach.
- The ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
