We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support in a Specialist School in Shrewsbury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans tailored to the needs of each pupil.
* Provide one-on-one and group support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
* Collaborate with teachers to ensure a supportive and stimulating environment.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
About You:
* Empathetic & Patient: You have a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
* Resilient & Adaptable: You're ready to tackle challenges head-on and adapt to the unique needs of each pupil.
* Experience: Prior experience working with children with ASC, MLD and SEMH is highly desirable, but we value your passion and willingness to learn just as much!
