*Calling teaching assistants*I am looking for an experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistant who is looking for a rewarding full-time role? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and flexible candidate to work on a supply basis across various schools in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in diverse educational settings and enjoys making a meaningful impact on young learners.
About the Role:
Working across all year groups in a primary school, providing a mix of general classroom and 1:1 support
Potential for small group work and tailored interventions
Supporting students with a range of learning abilities, including those with SEN
Ideal Candidate:
Ideally holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential
Able to commit to long-term supply work
Nurturing, patient, and adaptable
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
Holds a valid safeguarding certificate or is happy to complete one
