*Teaching assistants in Hinckley!*Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant seeking flexible work in primary schools?
Aspire People is currently recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join our supply team, providing essential support across various schools in the Hinckley area.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in delivering engaging lessons
Offering general classroom assistance and tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff to create a productive learning environment
Adapting quickly to different school settings and teaching approaches
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to thrive in varied school environments
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
A safeguarding certificate (or willingness to undertake one)
A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
