Position Details:
Role: Full-Time Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Wellingborough
Year Groups: Year 1 to Year 6 (must have experience across all year groups)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Responsibilities: Assisting with classroom activities, providing individual and group support, and fostering a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children in Year 1 to Year 6.
Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a focused and supportive classroom atmosphere.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
