Key Stage 1 Teacher | WatfordWe are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our talented team and make a real difference in the lives of children. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to children in Years 1 and 2. You will inspire and motivate young learners, helping them to develop their academic, social, and emotional skills in a nurturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers who are eager to grow in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
-Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
-Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
-Work closely with colleagues to develop the curriculum and share best practices.
-Engage with parents and carers to support the holistic development of students.
-Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-A genuine passion for teaching and helping children reach their potential.
-Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work well as part of a team.
-Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson planning and delivery.
-Experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential).
