Year 3 Teacher - Full-Time Position in Great Barr (06/01/2024 - 21/07/2024)Agency: Aspire People
About the Role
Aspire People are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Year 3 teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Great Barr, starting 6th January 2024 and running through to 21st July 2024. This is a wonderful chance for an enthusiastic teacher, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to work with a lovely group of students in a well-established school environment.

Location: Great Barr
Start Date: 6th January 2024
End Date: 21st July 2024
Full-time Role: Monday to Friday
Classroom Support: Dedicated support from a Teaching Assistant
Classroom Atmosphere: A pleasant and well-behaved class, with a positive and inclusive learning environment
Additional Needs: One child in the class has an EHCP in place with learning needs, and there will be support to cater to these needs
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 or 2 (Year 3 preferred)
ECTs are welcome to apply!
A patient, nurturing approach to teaching, particularly when working with children with additional learning needs
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with a class TA and other school staff
Enthusiastic about making a positive impact on young learners' education and development
