Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Temporary, Immediate Start
Aspire Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support young learners in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to primary-aged children
Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, catering to their individual learning needs
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere
Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources
Provide general classroom support to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with primary school-aged children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and nurturing approach to working with children
A commitment to supporting children's learning and development
