Job description
A lovely primary school in Coventry (CV4) is seeking an experienced and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive team. This is a full-time position requiring the teacher to be available 5 days per week, with some planning and marking duties as part of the role. If you are committed to making a positive difference and have the experience to inspire young learners, we would love to hear from you!As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and social development of your pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons to Year 4 students
Marking and assessing student work in line with the school's curriculum
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Supporting the academic and personal development of students
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Maintaining strong communication with parents and guardians
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Candidate Requirements:
UK experience (minimum of 2 years)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Passionate about teaching and inspiring children to reach their full potential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
