Experienced KS2 LSA Needed - Melton Mowbray - Start ASAP

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for helping primary school children thrive? Our school in Melton Mowbray is seeking a dedicated LSA to support KS2 pupils across all year groups, starting ASAP!


Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate Students: Inspire pupils to exceed their potential and build their confidence.
* Academic & Intervention Support: Assist with schoolwork and deliver targeted intervention sessions to boost learning.
* Enhance Communication: Encourage children to communicate effectively and understand instructions.
* Provide Well-being & Personal Care: Support vulnerable students, including managing physical needs and hygiene.
* Supervise Activities: Oversee group activities, outings, sports events, and therapy sessions.
* Administrative Assistance: Help teachers plan lessons, prepare materials, maintain records, and manage classroom behavior.
* Implement Care Plans: Follow individual care plans and provide tailored interventions.

Key Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
* Proven experience supporting students with SEN, including behavioral challenges (ADHD, SEMH), non-verbal students, and those with global delays.

* Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
* Effective communication skills and a positive, motivating presence in the classroom.
