Job description
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)?Finished your PGCE and looking for an ECT/NQT placement? Or looking to gain more experience across a variety of schools across Leicester City or Leicestershire across year groups from EYFS - Year 6?
Aspire People are recruiting professional ECT/NQT for day-to-day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and placement NOW!
We have strong partnerships with trusts and schools across Leicester City and Leicestershire that are wanting to have enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to be a part of their teams.
The Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, be creative, strong behaviour management skills, presence in the classroom and want to be a part of a team.
The Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) must also be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environment that supply offers.
We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.

Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
- Overseas Trained Teacher (OTT)

- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Be able to adapt to level of ability
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
- Mark all work delivered day of work
