🌟 SEMH Teaching Assistants Wanted in Loughborough! 🌟Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you thrive in a nurturing, hands-on learning environment? If so, we need YOU! Aspire People are looking for dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools across Loughborough.
💼 The Role:
We have a variety of full-time, part-time, short-term, long-term, and permanent opportunities available in specialist SEMH settings and mainstream schools. Your role will involve:
✅ Providing one-on-one support for students with SEMH needs
✅ Assisting in small intervention groups, helping with emotional regulation and learning
✅ Encouraging positive behavior strategies and promoting emotional well-being
✅ Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
🙌 What We're Looking For:
🌟 Experience working with children with SEMH needs or behavioral challenges
🌟 Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants (NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, BA Education Studies) - or equivalent experience
🌟 A calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting students
🌟 Someone who can build positive relationships and help students develop confidence and independence
