Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting the educational journey of students? Aspire People is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bedworth. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers in planning and delivering educational activities.
Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students as required.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement.
Contribute to classroom management and assist in behavior support.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant - 3 months minimum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy when working with students.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
A willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for education and supporting students' growth.
Qualifications:
A relevant education qualification or certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
Must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
