Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting for Learning Support and Teaching Assistants to work within schools across the Black Country with immediate effect, due to high demandsAs a learning support assistant you will be required to support KS3 and KS4 pupils within 1 or several schools across the core subjects of Maths, English and Science. You will be working one-to-one or in small groups with the aim of raising attainment and towards the pupils GCSE exams.

To be considered for the position with Aspire People you will need to have the following:
* UK QTS (NQT's welcome to apply) specialising in a core subject of Maths, English, or Science
* Relevant teaching assistant across KS3, KS4 and KS5
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or wiling to apply for one)
* Excellent Communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team
* A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change
