Job description
Are you an experienced and passionate Year 3 teacher looking for flexible part-time supply work? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and reliable teacher to join our team, covering 3-5 days per week across various primary schools in Coventry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in different environments and is ready to make a positive impact on young learners.Responsibilities:
Covering classes in the absence of the regular teacher, often at short notice (morning calls).
Delivering pre-planned lessons to Year 3 students, ensuring continuity of learning.
Managing classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Adapting to different school settings and staff teams with ease.
Providing feedback on lessons and student progress as required.
Requirements:
Holiday pay.
Joining bonus.
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching Year 3 or KS2 students.
Strong behavior management skills.
A positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude.
Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to various classroom environments.
Ability to respond to morning calls and cover sickness as needed.
